Andrew Cuomo

New York Governor Andrew Cuomo was born in December, 1957. Cuomo earned his Bachelor of Arts degree at Fordham University and completed his J.D. at Albany Law School, in 1982. Cuomo headed the Transition Committee for Governor-Elect Mario M. Cuomo and then served as an advisor to the Governor before joining the Manhattan District Attorney’s office.   In 1992, Cuomo worked on President-elect Bill Clinton’s Transition Committee and then as Assistant Secretary of Community Planning and Development at HUD. In 1996, Cuomo began serving as HUD Secretary.  He is the father of three daughters, Mariah, Cara, and Michaela.

This guy is a disaster. He will further plunder the state.. His gun control law is a recent example of why people are sick and tired of New York State. You continue to elect 'progressives' like this. Government control is what these people stand for. I am so glad I moved out from this disastrous state 13 years ago. You should do the same, but not if you're a progressive. Stay there if you are please. If you want a better life, leave New York State. You will do so much better if you do. Really, you will.

I do not approve of Cuomo! Where are you getting your polls from? My opinion and/or thoughts were not counted in the 64% approval rating for Cuomo. I disapprove! Add that to your poll.

The Gov wants to limit pay for school superintendents which is probably not such a bad idea but what the hell is going on with the 600,000 plus room and board and stipends the President of U.B. is set to earn. I always wondered what U.B. 2020 was all about and i now know. It the only way the university can make payroll. How can Cuomo let crap like this go on and be taken serious.

SantinoLamana, enough with the Marxist propaganda. The masses in your state continue to vote for progressive (socialists). Your state was a disaster 13 years ago and still is today. The lunatics you speak of are in favor of balanced budgets and not psychotic spending. People are leaving your state in droves. Your state is full of welfare recipients. Glad I moved out. Please stay there before people like you destroy another state.

There really is a disturbing trend that the lunatic fringe makes talk radio with Rush Limbaugh, Gordon Liddy (a convicted felon) and FOX News so profitable. NPR has open call-in forums that encourage intelligent, rational debate. The lunatic fringe won't participate in intellectual dialog. It is funny that it wasn't simply the lunatic fringe that made Paladino the GOP standard-bearer, but actually the informed and uninformed masses of the registered Republicans. A very intelligent man once told me, "The masses are asses."
