Food trucks officially get the go-ahead

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — Food trucks officially have the green light to set up shop around Buffalo.

Mayor Byron Brown signed the new regulations into law on Monday. Mobile food vendors will now pay a thousand dollar licensing fee. They also have a one-hundred foot buffer from open restaurants and a requirement to pay parking meters.

The Common Council passed the regulations last month.
