Food Bank may profit from disgraced Lee

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — The Food Bank Of Western New York may reap the benefits of Chris Lee's lightning speed resignation from Congress.

The website Politico.com says Lee's campaign committee has told the FEC it will donate what's left in its account, about $14,000, to the charity if the FEC approves that request.

Lee resigned last February, just hours after a shirtless photo of him that he sent to a woman who is not his wife surfaced on the internet.
